User Content

4.5 My Pure Trip Ltd does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and My Pure Trip Ltd expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content.

Intellectual Property

5.1 The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by My Pure Trip Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
